The Bukowskis Antique Oriental Rug Sale

The Bukowskis sale rooms in Stockholm will be holding an important sale of fine antique oriental rugs and carpets on 7th December 2022. The sale comprises of 91 lots of antique rugs and carpets as well as modern Scandinavian carpets. The highlights of the sale include two 17th century carpets, a lotto rug and a Persian Safavid Blossom and Sickle carpet, also a good selection of 19th century carpets including a Garus Bidjar and a beautiful silk and metal thread Istanbul rug, and three Persian Motashem Kashan rugs. Over in Zurich Schuler Auctions will be holding their Oriental Rugs and Carpets sale on 14th December 2022. The sale includes Persian and Caucasian pieces as well as Chinese Ningxia carpets.
