The Austria Auction Company will be holding their Exquisite Antique Oriental Rug and Carpet sale on 10th June 2023. The sale includes over 200 lots, possibly the highlight of the auction is a Karabagh Cloud Band Kazak rug lot 38, also a fine exsample of a Borjalu prayer rug lot 112. Bonhams Skinner's Fine Carpets & Rare Textiles auction will take place on the 5th June-7th June 2023, the sale includes many fine exsamples from antique rugs to woven art for the wall, with plenty of Persian carpets from Kashan, Heriz and Serapi. Also some soft decorative Ushaks along with collectable Caucasian rugs. Copenhagen will be the venue for Bruun Rasmussen auctions who will hold their Antique Carpets and Rugs sale on 14th June 2023. Tjhe sale includes a 17th century Persian Safavid Polonaise rug with metal thread, possibly from Kashan or Isfahan and a fine silk Tafazoli Kashan rug also a beautiful Sarouk-Ferahan rug, their is a good selection of antique decorative carpets from the likes of Heriz and an unusal square Bakshaish carpet and a few Seirafian rugs.
